Free of judgment, providing a safe space for processing emotions, understanding, and healing.
Request an AppointmentCristal T Ellis is a Licensed Associate Counselor who graduated from Henderson State University in 2023 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and person-centered techniques to create a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a trauma-trained CPT provider, Cristal is dedicated to helping clients process and heal in a safe, nonjudgmental space. While she currently provides telehealth services only, she strives to ensure each client feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey of healing and self-discovery.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Purdue Global (2019) and her work as a neuropsychological technician in a neurological setting has strengthened her understanding of how behavior and brain function connect—an insight that continues to shape her therapeutic practice.
During her internship, she gained valuable experience in both private practice and agency settings, further expanding her ability to meet clients’ diverse needs.
